These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of drivers, driver & van teams, and warehouse staff by Blue Transport Solutions Ltd (“BTS”, “we”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
BTS provides flexible, professional staffing solutions, including drivers, driver & van teams, and warehouse operatives. We supply personnel on short-term or long-term assignments and, where agreed, vans. BTS does not manage or operate your logistics or delivery operations.
Staff Status
BTS does not control the way personnel carry out their work, beyond providing agreed instructions at the time of booking.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide a safe working environment for personnel, supply accurate instructions and necessary information for the role, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Clients also accept responsibility for tasks carried out by personnel while under their supervision, and must ensure that any client vehicles, equipment, or premises used by personnel are safe and suitably insured.
Liability
BTS provides competent and qualified personnel to the best of our ability. BTS accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury caused by personnel while driving client vehicles, using client equipment, or working on client premises. Clients are responsible for supervising personnel and ensuring a safe working environment.
Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to staff availability. Payment terms will be agreed in advance and must be adhered to. Cancellations may incur fees depending on the notice provided.
Insurance
BTS fully insures any vans supplied by us. Personnel are responsible for acting responsibly while on client premises or using client vehicles. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own insurance covers the use of vehicles, equipment, or premises by third-party personnel.
Data Protection
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including information collected from clients and personnel.
Penalty Charges
Blue Transport Solutions shall not be held responsible for any penalty charges, parking fines, congestion charges, low emission zone charges, tolls, or any other traffic-related fines or penalties incurred as a result of instructions provided by the Client, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where any such fines, penalties, or charges are issued in relation to a vehicle operated by Blue Transport Solutions while carrying out services on behalf of the Client, the Client agrees to be fully liable for all associated costs, including the original fine and any administrative or handling fees incurred. Blue Transport Solutions reserves the right to recharge the Client for any fines, penalties, or charges received.
It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that all delivery and collection locations are legally accessible, suitable for the type of vehicle used, and compliant with any parking, access, or traffic restrictions. Blue Transport Solutions accepts no liability for delays, costs, or penalties arising from incorrect, incomplete, or unlawful delivery instructions provided by the Client
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
